After his studies, in 2007, our founder began his career as a concierge in London. This early start gave him the understanding and the opportunity to learn his craft from some of the best concierges in the world. After London, it was time to move to Munich, which gave a new perspective to concierge services. Munich is a business hub and this gave our founder, Erol Celebi, even more understanding of how to make clients happy.
Then it was on to Istanbul, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Three incredible places with vastly different people and clientele with hugely different needs. Finally, he landed in Switzerland where he worked with some of the leading and most exclusive hotels in the country including The Stafford Hotel, London; Kempinski Four Season Hotel, Munich; Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi; W Hotel, Istanbul; The St. Regis Resort, Saadiyat Island; Grand Resort, Bad Ragaz; Bürgenstock Resort, Lake Lucerne and many others.
Working throughout Europe, the Middle East and around the globe with a variety of clients and different cultures has allowed our founder to have a broad knowledge, ability and incredible flexibility as well as a substantial network. This is why so many of his former clients advised him to start his own concierge business, which means we can provide the same incredible service to private clients.
